TOP 5 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform formwork, piling, and structural work (panel formwork, rebar installation, welding, pile driving, building support, central beam replacement)
  • Read and analyze plans to execute the work
  • Manage the team and various trades on site, ensure material supply for projects, and communicate with clients if needed
  • Ensure health and safety on job sites, as well as keeping them clean
  • Unload the truck and prepare materials

QUALITIES, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

  • Over 5 years of experience in formwork and/or piling in the residential sector
  • Be punctual and have a positive attitude
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to lift heavy loads multiple times a day
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license
  • Have a CCQ card – Concrete Formworker/Carpenter-Joiner Journeyman
