Our Story

Bisson Expert (Roger Bisson Inc.) was founded in 1955 by Mr. Roger Bisson and incorporated in 1962. At the time, the company specialized in building relocation. Over the years, it developed extensive expertise in structural work, engineering and hydraulics.

The company gradually expanded its expertise to meet evolving market needs, particularly in foundation repair and replacement, as well as underpinning work.

Beginning in the 1990s, the drying of clay soils became increasingly prevalent in Quebec, causing numerous cases of foundation settlement. This phenomenon contributed to the company’s growth and the development of its expertise in foundation and structural repair.

In 1995, Roger Bisson’s son, Raymond Bisson, took over the company. Under his leadership, Bisson Expert continued to grow by developing increasingly efficient processes and equipment, some of which were patented in Canada and the United States.

In 2024, after more than 40 years with the company, Raymond Bisson passed the torch to a new generation. Bisson Expert welcomed a new group of owners, with Vincent Beaudoin becoming President. Supported by an experienced team and partners from the construction industry, he continues to grow the company while building on the expertise and values developed over generations.

In 2025, Bisson Expert celebrated its 70th anniversary. Seven decades of expertise, innovation and projects made possible by generations of employees who have helped build the company into what it is today.

With more than 20,000 clients served, Bisson Expert continues to evolve and innovate with the goal of remaining a leader in foundation and structural repair in Quebec, while staying true to what has guided the company since the beginning: quality workmanship, expertise and trust.

70 years of history, a new generation at the helm, and the same commitment to building on solid ground.
