Fifteen (15) years on the stability of the piles and the structure within the work zones.
Five (5) years on the damp-proofing of the foundations within the work zones.

Foundation and structural repair

Five (5) years against structural defects.
Five (5) years on the damp-proofing of the foundations within the work zones.

HOUSE RAISING

Five (5) years against structural defects.

Waterproofing and french drain installation

Five (5) years for defect or construction vice.
Ten (10) years on the elastomeric membrane.

Pyrite removal

Five (5) years for defect or construction vice.
Twenty (20) years on future stone expansion.
