Bisson Expert is one of the only companies in the foundation field that has set up its own R&D department to help meet customer needs. Our engineers have developed products tailored to customer and supplier specifications, as well as to the job in question. New and highly effective tools have been designed to save both time and money and to ensure worker and homeowner safety. Some of these devices are patent pending in Canada and the United States.

Management is constantly developing such systems to administer our communications and information management system, along with our intranet, work estimation methods, projects and job sites. These efforts are geared to cutting costs, speeding delivery and boosting customer relations. Such efforts also serve in better defining and responding to customer needs. This process enables us to closely monitor our efforts to ensure proper delivery of products and services, accompanied by complete customer satisfaction.
