Grant program eligibility conditions
- The owner or co-owner of the structure involved must be the applicant.
- If a residential building, it must have been standing for more than five years.
- There must be a difference in level of at least 2.5 cm caused by settling.
- The owner must be using one of the structure's dwellings as his or her prime residence for more than six months of the year.
